• You would like to work closely with people someday (mediation and conflict resolution are great assets to put on your resume and skills that not only industry but even academia will appreciate);
• You want to be involved in the physics community and interact with a group of creative people with good funding for good ideas;
• You want to make a difference in the culture of the department;

you should consider joining us as a physREFS! To become a physREFS, you will need to undergo rigorous trainings and obtain endorsement from peers in the department. Email us at physREFS@mit.edu if you're interested or want to learn more.
